Acute Care
Our goal is simple: to help reduce pain and make you feel more comfortable getting back to daily life as quickly and safely as possible.
- Gentle, targeted chiropractic treatment to reduce pain and ease discomfort
- Restoration of movement and function
- Treatment paced to your body's healing — not a fixed protocol
- Clear guidance and advice to support you between visits
Rehabilitation
Once you are out of pain, continuing through this stage is important: stopping care prematurely can leave soft tissues incompletely healed and increase the risk of relapse.
- Gentle, targeted chiropractic treatment to support recovery
- Rehabilitation exercises tailored to restore strength and movement
- Lifestyle and movement advice personalised to your needs and goals
Maintenance
Once you have achieved your recovery goals, maintenance care is about protecting that progress and investing in your long-term wellbeing.
- Regular but more spread out check-ups to maintain optimal spinal health and musculoskeletal function
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing minor issues before they develop
- Personalised advice and ongoing support to help you maintain your progress between visits
Gentle, effective care for the whole body
Chiropractic is a drug-free, hands-on approach to healthcare that works by adjusting the spine and joints to relieve pain, restore movement, and support the body's natural ability to heal. The underlying principle is simple: a well-aligned body functions better.
McTimoney Chiropractic takes this further with a whole-body approach — your practitioner assesses the entire musculoskeletal system, not just where it hurts. Developed in the 1950s and regulated by the General Chiropractic Council, its defining characteristic is precision over force: adjustments are light, swift, and targeted, made without twisting or the audible click of other methods — making it well-suited to all ages, including those with sensitive or complex conditions.
The Approach
Developed by John McTimoney in the 1950s. Whole-body assessment with the lightest effective touch, widely regarded as one of the most respected gentle techniques in the UK.
The Technique
Speed rather than force. Adjustments are precise and swift, made without twisting or rotation and without the audible pop of other methods.
Suitable For
All ages, from children and pregnant women to older adults. Particularly well-suited to those who prefer a lighter touch or have sensitive conditions.

Dr Roh DC (Rohit Sarobar)
DC BA(hons) Dip Law MChiro
known to his patients as Roh
A martial artist for over three decades, Roh holds multiple black belts — including a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under the legendary Roger Gracie. Years of training and teaching have given him a deep, first-hand understanding of what high-intensity sport and combat demands of the body.
He qualified as a Personal Trainer and Advanced Exercise Specialist in 2008, and later completed the rehabilitation-focused Comprehensive Pilates Course with Polestar Pilates in 2021 — allowing him to bridge hands-on chiropractic care with movement awareness, stability, and strength work.
As a Master's level graduate of McTimoney Chiropractic, Roh works with BJJ athletes, martial artists, lifters, runners, and busy professionals — helping them recover from injury, manage training load, and stay active with confidence.
Before retraining in healthcare, Roh qualified as a commercial lawyer, bringing a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and communication in the clinic.
"My goal is to help you recover, perform, and stay active — not just to treat the symptom in front of me."
Dr Massi DC (Masoumeh Khodsetan)
DC BSc MChiro
known to her patients as Massi
Massi studied Genetics at Queen Mary University of London (BSc) before training in chiropractic, completing a five-year integrated MChiro at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic. She is also a qualified Yoga Instructor and Sports Massage Therapist.
She grew up training in Karate and Swimming, and later took up Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling. Having practised yoga since 2010 and spent years working in strength and rehabilitation, she brings a practical, grounded understanding of how bodies work and what it truly takes to recover and stay well.
True wellbeing sits at the intersection of a balanced physical, mental, and emotional state.
Massi takes the time to really listen — not just to where it hurts, but to each patient's habits, history, and goals, and what feeling well actually means to them. From there, she builds a plan that is personalised, evidence-informed, and focused on making a real difference to everyday life.
"Getting you out of pain matters. But what matters most is that you leave feeling understood, confident, and equipped to stay well."

I started treatment due to chronic neck pain that began after switching to online work during the pandemic. It worsened to the point where it disrupted my entire life and I had to stop working. After four months of McTimoney care with Massi, I saw significant improvement and became far less reliant on painkillers. Six months later I was completely pain-free, sleeping normally, and back at work. My journey is still ongoing — I am now in the rehab phase working towards maintenance only.

Patient of Massi
I have been training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for eight years and picked up a shoulder injury that was not getting better with rest. A training partner recommended Roh. Within a few sessions he had identified the root issue — not just the shoulder itself but how my movement patterns were loading it incorrectly. Adjustments alongside specific rehab work meant I was back rolling at full intensity within six weeks. What sets him apart is that he genuinely understands grappling — he speaks the language, asks the right questions, and never just tells you to stop training.

Patient of Roh
After a bicycle accident, I spent years living with back pain and sciatica so severe I had to pull over every 45 minutes when driving. Massi identified that my hip was twisted and tilted — throwing my whole body out of alignment. She didn't just treat the symptoms, she addressed the root cause. Week by week, my sciatica reduced. I went from struggling at 45 minutes of driving to comfortably doing two hours without a second thought. Today, I sometimes forget I ever had a back problem at all. Massi didn't just adjust my spine — she restored my quality of life.

Patient of Massi
I had severe neck and back pain, to the point where my neck was so stiff it felt glued to my body. Things were so bad that I had to move my entire torso just to look around. Massi took the time to carefully assess each issue — there were many. She was incredibly attentive, never rushed, and now I can move pain-free. I am forever grateful for her dedication and care.

Patient of Massi
Long hours at a desk had left me with chronic tension headaches and upper back pain I had come to accept as just part of the job. Roh identified the problem immediately — it was originating in my neck and upper spine, not the general muscle tension I had assumed. He was methodical: explained what was happening, why, and exactly what we were going to do about it. The headaches reduced significantly within the first month. I am now on a maintenance plan and genuinely feel better than I have in years. His background as a lawyer shows — he is precise, structured, and leaves nothing unexplained.

Patient of Roh
I have been running for years and developed a recurring lower back pain that kept sidelining my training. Two physios later and the problem kept returning. Roh found a pelvic imbalance that had been building quietly for a long time. He combined chiropractic adjustments with movement advice tailored specifically to running, and within a few sessions the pain was noticeably reduced. Six months on I completed a half marathon completely pain-free — something I genuinely thought might not be possible again.
